We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all DerivPro purchases. If you are not satisfied with the tool or our service within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • You have not shared or distributed access credentials to third parties

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your email address associated with the purchase and the date of purchase
  3. Include your transaction hash or payment confirmation
  4. Briefly explain your reason for the refund request
  5. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment address. Please note the following timelines:

  • USDT (TRC20) Refunds: 24-48 hours after approval
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
  • The refund will be sent to the wallet address from which the original payment originated

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Accounts that have been suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Duplicate or fraudulent transactions
  • Extended access plans purchased after the initial 30-day period

Account Deactivation After Refund

Upon successful refund processing, your DerivPro account will be automatically deactivated, and all access to the tool will be revoked. You will no longer be able to log in or access any previously downloaded resources.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are only granted in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges detected on your account
  • Service unavailability due to technical issues for extended periods (more than 7 days)
  • At the sole discretion of our support team for exceptional circumstances

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting our support team first, your account will be permanently suspended, and any remaining access will be revoked immediately.
